Every project is a fixed fee. 50% books your slot, and the balance and any milestones are set out in your written plan. Monthly plans, like the AI receptionist, are billed monthly.
On final payment, the code, domains, accounts and keys transfer to you. Monthly plans have no lock-in unless your written plan says so.
UK clients pay in pounds sterling, and everyone else pays in US dollars. Our pound prices are fixed figures we set, so they don't move with the exchange rate. UK prices exclude VAT, which is added at the standard rate where it applies. Your written plan states the currency and the amount.
